Put out the mats
 
It's the least glamorous, but most important job of all.  Before any judo can take place, the mats have to be put out - more than eighty of them!  This task falls to the parents of children in our under 8s Kano Club group because they are the first on.
 
It's important that we have people come along about half an hour before the first judo session starts so we have plenty of time to set everything up.
